That’s why every job we carry out is backed by our 2-Year Workmanship Guarantee. This means that all workmanship provided by our locksmiths is guaranteed to be free from faults or defects for a full 24 months from the date of completion.

 

Whether we’re fitting locks, installing alarm systems, or carrying out security upgrades, you can trust that our team will deliver reliable results, and if something isn’t right, we’ll put it right!

What’s covered?

• Workmanship on all installations and repairs

• Faults resulting from poor fitting or installation

• Call-outs to rectify covered issues, free of charge

 

What’s not covered?

• Wear and tear from normal use

• Misuse, accidental damage, or tampering

• Product faults (these are covered separately under the manufacturer’s warranty or our 25 year high security lock warranty)
